New publication in Scientific Report.

Our recent work has been published in Scientific Reports. It has been a group effort to show the possibility of state-of-the-art design of magnetic tunnel junction with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy without using of any less abundant (rare and expensive) materials for memory application. We did it jointly with our industrial partners – dr. Jerzy Wrona and dr. Juergen Langer from Singulus company, Germany, and the Sheng project partner from Tsinghua University, China – prof. Tianxiang Nan.
